As a local resident for over 35 years I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry for nearly 3 decades (30 years) operating from the same premises. The business I now own had its humble beginning in 1935, established by Bert & Stewart Maddern it traded as Maddern Estate Agency for a number of years. Purchased by my father Ossie Craggs in 1977 and subsequently purchased by myself in 1997. The way we do business has certainly changed but our values havent, we still believe that our relationships with our clients and customers is paramount together with the all important end result we produce for them.

Asef completed his schooling in the riverland region of South Australia at Renmark High School. After 4 successful years in customer service and managerial roles, he decided to enter the real estate industry to continue to challenge himself and follow his desire, helping people.
